Job Purpose
The incumbent shall handle Spare Parts centralized Warehouse Operations by coordinating with Regional parts distribution WH and transit distribution centers by actively collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to realize the daily and monthly targets set for the operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Working independently with aligning to functional priorities on managing the daily WH operations by actively monitoring and achieving the daily and monthly targets
- Being an astute professional in all WH operations right from receipts to dispatch operations
- Has strong knowledge of inventory management and stock audit
- Able to sharpen the process by rationalizing the existing process to explore avenues for process refinement and cost reduction
- Need a better understanding of the WH order execution model and packing process
- Quality-oriented driven person for having better quality control mechanisms in the operations
- Knowledge of the packaging solution requirements for the operations to suggest improvements and sustainable adoptions
- Should have the ability to handle CL manpower in the shifts to actualize the shifts targets.
- Have to handle skill enhancement and refreshing training for the CL manpower engaged at the WH
- Audit knowledge to handle various internal and external audits (IMS, Group Audits, and other internal and external audits)
- Logistics Management and 3 PL management to strategize the priorities and execution as per operations requirements.
- Periodical Perpetual inventory to reconcile physical stock vs SAP
- Having complete knowledge of SAP transactions functionality on WH operations
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports generating and reporting on a daily and monthly basis
- Generations of Cost saving initiatives and implementations to reduce the cost of operations

- BE/BTech
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Should possess knowledge of Automotive spare parts packaging and consumables operations
- Certification on any Warehouse related competency
