Job Purpose
The role of Distribution Sales resource will be responsible for managing Apparel Sales for distributors & MBOs in the allocated territory, including ensuring accomplishment of SBP targets and capability building in terms of Apparel product understanding
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the sale of Helmets and Riding gears, based on the Targets, goals and objectives as defined by the Management as per SBP.
- Appoint Distributors and Retailers in the region.
- Launching Shop in Shop in Riding gear MBO’s
- Managing and building relations with the existing business partners.
- Drive defined revenue across categories in the respective zone
- Responsible for the placement of Royal Enfield products at distributors/MBO in allocated zone
- Responsible for handling distribution sales for respective zone
- Ensuring that distributors/MBO achieve the Wholesale as per annual business plan
- Reconciliation of accounts of the distributors/MBO. Timely posting of CN/ DN.
- Order Management for distributors/MBO
- Ensure that the infrastructure in distributors/MBO outlets are as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all RE norms / Policies
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares
- Ensure monthly reporting of all metrics and take initiatives for correcting any gaps

Bachelor’s degree (Full Time)
Experience
- 5+ years experience in the Distribution/Sales of Helmets/Riding gear
- Should have experience in Distribution sales and Channel development
