VP - Sales Training (Capability Building)
Sales capability exposure is a must for this role. And opportunity is based in Navi Mumbai.

- Design, Develop and Operationalize the Learning Academy covering structured learning curriculum for each role with effectiveness measures and internal certifications.
- Partners with Business/Functional/Sales Leaders to design & deploy, Learning Needs Assessments to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Create a Competency Based Learning Framework
- Develop competencies for each role, curate learning journey for each role & skill, methodology / process to identify gaps (current and desired level).
- Learning Programs Deployment
- Selling, Product, Process, Functional, Behavioral, Leadership. Individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the Sales & Non-Sales Teams
