We are seeking resourceful Virtual Sales reps to join our company. As a Virtual Sales rep, you will be responsible for managing our online presence on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, ebay platform, and other marketplaces to list and promote online sales.
You will be tasked with creating and maintaining listings, responding to inquiries, generating sales for low ticket clients & capturing qualified leads to pass on to the NY based sales team.

Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage multiple Facebook and Craigslist accounts.
2. List furniture on Facebook Marketplace through multiple Facebook accounts. Listing to be done based zip codes provided by NY sales team.
3. Independently run the sales operations after the training.
4. Post furniture on Craigslist through multiple accounts.
5. Respond to messages and enquiries from Facebook Marketplace promptly and professionally.
6. Regularly check email inbox to reply to enquiries from Craigslist.
7. Capture initial qualified leads and add them in ZOHO Lead management tool.
8. Stay informed about furniture industry trends and market conditions.
9. Maintain a positive and professional communication style with customers.
10. Cross sharing the online listing on various sales platform to generate sale and inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent written communication skills in English
2. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist
3. Experience with Google My Business account management.
4. Ability to comprehend furniture features and specifications.
5. Effective pitching and persuasion techniques
6. Ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Availability to work flexible hours from 8 PM to 1 PM IST.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in online sales or customer service
2. Familiarity with social media advertising
3. Knowledge of furniture industry terminology and trends
4. Experience with e-commerce platforms
Working Conditions:

Eltru will provide remote computer , CRM and Phone APP to make and receive calls.
