We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile creative lead who can effectively deliver creative solutions that meet business requirements and client needs – video and static graphics.
A visualizer and multitasker. A great creative lead brings it all to the party. One who can interpret business requirements and client briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions. The creative lead must be exceptional at pitching creative concepts to clients and company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members.
Responsibilities might include:
-Distill abstract business concepts and needs into refined, elegant creative solutions
-Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work with them
-Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to stakeholders, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team
-Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire
-Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
-Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
-Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
-Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with team members
-Design and review artwork, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
-Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
Skills/Criteria Required:
-8+ years of relevant experience, with five or more years in video production in an agency or corporate setting
-Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns - from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget
-Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels and other channels also: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, UI design, UX interface and print
-Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
-Experience in HTML5 animation would be a benefit) as well as in Ceros for interactive experiences on our website
