- Proven 8 - 10 Years of work experience as senior role in Marketing domain
- Technology exposure such as Geospatial, IoT, Big Data, Blockchain etc.
- Experience working in high tech industry such as cloud solutions, energy, Geospatial etc.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Digital Campaigns
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience in leading rich media creation work
- Strong leadership skills

- Strategic mindset, with ability to make decisions.
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Roles and responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams and identify market positioning, segmentation, and messaging for products & Services.
- Achieve product visibility through various marketing outreach channels.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns including webinars and drip campaigns and explore other avenues for promotion.
- Collaborate closely with video production, design and content teams and ensure high quality collaterals are generated on time.
- Ownership of the product website.
- Work closely with the data research team and ensure vetted high quality target databases are used for campaigns.
- Close collaboration and support to product development and sales teams.
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
