Utilities Engineer responsible for operational management and delivery of utility servicesResponsible for maintenance and engineering activities in the Utilities areaCritical role in supporting site utility infrastructure upkeep and driving SiG program

Responsibilities
• Support a team of Utility technicians to ensure maximum availability and efficiency within Utility system• Ensure team follows safety, quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements• Oversee deployment of facilities O&M and prioritize works in shifts• Provide technical leadership and support for team• Plan and schedule maintenance activities and ensure compliance• Measure and analyze Utility KPIs and develop action plans for improvements• Manage Utility Maintenance and Energy Budget• Lead daily morning meetings and address issues according to site standards• Support implementation of new maintenance systems• Ensure projects comply with Mars Global Standards and meet business plans• Negotiate annual maintenance contracts and agreements with engineering companies• Update relevant documentation and organize equipment-related training• Ensure legal documentation for equipment is completed on time• Drive continuous improvement and maintain supplier network• Procure and assess engineering spares• Support value leadership program for site technical team• Comply with regulatory requirements and notify any violations• Comply with training requirements and adhere to Records Management policies
Requirements
• BE (Electrical/Mechanical) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Utility maintenance• Experience with utility equipment operation and maintenance in FMCG manufacturing• Thorough understanding of factory utilities and statutory requirements• Experience with facility management companies and equipment suppliers
