Arnav Kumar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

The founders, Arnav Kumar and Vaibhav Singh, have past experience in shipping successful products and the present team has people from IDP Education, Canam, Edwise, Chopras, Manya as well as top MNCs such as McKinsey, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and CitiBank.
Leap Advantage:
Recognizing the need for affordable access to international education for Indian students, Leap Advantage has been set up as a new initiative within the LEAP ecosystem. Leap Advantage offers Indian undergraduate students the opportunity to begin their foreign education at affordable prices, transferring to the foreign university of their choice and getting the coveted degree.
We are looking to onboard an Application Associate - who will be our interface with all possible UG / PG aspirants. They will guide them through our program application process, and resolve their doubts.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure proper submission of student details and documents on the University application portal.
- Clear any doubts of the students regarding the pathway program during the application process
- Maintain a database of applicant details and insights gathered during the application process
- Work closely with the Academic Counselling team to line up application calls for students
- Support the Counselling team for follow-ups with the prospective students
Ideal candidate:
- 1+ year of application processing experience for study abroad students for USA destination.
- Understanding of requirements like the GRE/GMAT exam, English proficiency tests, and terms like OPT
- Prior experience in handling backend operations for study-abroad organization
