Associate Software Engineer - Tidal Application

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Technical Lead to join our team. As a lead, you will be responsible for delivery and maintaining systems by leading a team who will be creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications as well as managing the backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver engaging and responsive user experiences.

You are great at:

Lead Team:

• Lead a team of designers, developers and administrators to deliver and support solutions of existing Legal Systems.
• Report to the leadership of the key metrics and KPI, performance and team updates.

Development and Support:

• Deliver solutions that are clean, efficient, and maintainable Reach JS, JavaScript, C Sharp, etc. code to implement frontend designs and functionalities.
• Maintain the Legal applications like Legal Tracker, Legal Hold, Legal CDA, Patent Management and Record Manager and perform extracts, scripting, data management and server maintenance.
• Run backend processes, resolve SSL certificates, SSO issues from end users

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with designers, front end, backend developers, and other stakeholders including business to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress and addressing any technical challenges or concerns.

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing of frontend code to identify and fix bugs, UI issues, and browser compatibility problems.
• Use debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues.

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience on managing teams that maintain, configure and develop in ASP.NET, C Sharp, AJAX, JavaScript, shell script, oracle and sql server db
• Proven experience as a Front End Developer or Backend Developer, including integrations. Experience with UI/UX and database design principles and tools.
• Familiarity with processes and modules like Legal applications - Legal Tracker, Legal Hold, Legal CDA, Patent Management and Record Manager
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL scripting, integration experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Experience with batch processing frameworks and tools, ETL processes and data integration, SQL.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality code and user experiences.
