Role Description
The Tax Analyst will be responsible for tax planning, compliance, and preparation, as well as utilizing analytical skills to ensure tax matters are addressed correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Tax Planning, Compliance, and Preparation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and tax software
- 3-5 years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting- supervisor and the ability to do the first review of the return.
- 2 years of experience on individual and company returns. - Preparer
- Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
- Possessed excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
- Has worked in CCH Access and experience with tax integration like autoflow.
- Plus, will be knowing QuickBooks online and desktop and CCH Engagement
Additional advantage
- Help design and implement tax policies and strategies, and evaluate managerial processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulatory codes.
- The role also requires tax planning and reporting, including the filing of corporate tax returns.
