Looking for an Account Manager who can formulate strategies as per our Client's Business Needs and DeliveringResources/Solutions to our Clients.Work closely with Hiring Managers, stakeholders to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.Handling a team of precisely vetted HR professionals and educating them about the protocols & client's expectations.Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the process.Responsible for managing a portfolio of direct and MSP clients.Serve as the face of the company service team to the client and the point of contact for company associates.Talking to the client's requirement, getting the daily and weekly updates about the Urgent position.Working closely with the hiring managers/clients in order to find the right talents for a wide range of positions on all levels.Providing prompt and relevant solutions to the escalated issues from the client.Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.Responsible for various MIS Reports like recruitment tracker, Onboarding tracker, daily work report.Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle activities like Pre-screening, Interviews, Selection, Offer, Negotiation, Closing, and other administrative components.Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates.
