As a Travel and Expense Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of our global corporate card program, assisting with expense reports, and supporting travelers through the entirety of the Travel and Expense process using our internal platforms.
You will be responsible for driving the execution of efficient mobility for Nasdaq travelers as you help them navigate this process by being a subject matter expert in our Travel and Expense systems within the confines of Nasdaq processes and policies.

- Develop your fundamental skills and broaden your skillset to become a subject matter expert with the opportunity to have exposure to other functions within Procurement.
- Participate in team meetings, projects, and other tasks as assigned.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues.
- Provide feedback to the greater team on observations and give recommendations on process improvements.
- Minimum 6+ years of working experience in Corporate Cards, T&E expense or AP team.
- Expertise in reviewing invoices, processing reports, and receipts.
- Proficient understanding of India corporate card procedures and suppliers.
- Expertise in an international environment.
- Must have worked on Concur Expense.
- Knack of adhering to best practices.
- Multi tasking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in computer science.
- Knowledge on Workday.
- Knowledge of Axis Bank, Concur, and Bank of America.
- Understanding of Global Trave and Expense principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of overall India corporate card provider market.
