Overall Purpose of The Job
- Administrative support and documentary control within the training department.
- Overall support for the department objectives and functions.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsible for the full administrative support for the Training Department.
- Responsible for the management, issue and recording of all documentary evidence of training, including company certification.
- To assist the Training Manager with the arrangements for Sea-staff attending the Training and scheduling of all training activities within the training department
- Designated Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar Trainer.
- Responsible for the delivery of assign training course.
- Undertakes such and other functions as the Training Manager may assign.
- Responsible for the management, supervision and record keeping of all pre-engagement and routine English language assessments of sea-staff.
- Responsible for the arrangement of welfare services within the training center.

Essential
- Computer Literate.
- Diploma in Technology, the science or Arts
- Knowledge of the regulation relevant to the manning Industry.
