AddressJD – Trainee – Finance
Responsibilities
1. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
2. Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
3. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
5. Participate in quarterly and annual audits
6. Track and reconcile bank statements
7. Process tax payments
Requirements and Skills
1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
2. Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
3. Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
4. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally ERP)
5. Organizational and time-management skills
6. Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
