Position Title: - TIG Welder.
Location: - Urse Talegaon & Hadapsar, Pune.
Working Experience: - 2 – 3 years.
Education: - Required minimum qualification ITI –Welder or Experience in TIG Welding’s.
CTC: - 15k to 25 k
Job Description: Responsible to handle activities in Welding process and work in any area of fabrication. (Multiskilling).
Skills Required: Required basic knowledge of TIG Welding process in SS material, Stud welding, Grinding and finishing process. Manpower handling, Material handling, 5S
Knowledge, Production planning, coordination with internal departments.
JOB PROFILE:
Job Responsibility:
Knowledge about Required Welding process & welding standards.
Knowledge about inspection methods & quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Sets up machines according to work instructions, size, inspect, and GTAW (TIG weld)
Material to meet fabrication drawing requirements.
Awareness of Raw material handling and grade.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and its use.
Readiness of work in any area of fabrication.(Multiskilling ability)
requires minimal supervision to plan and schedule workload according to
Production schedule to meet manufacturing needs.
Problem solving ability and Approach
Follow all policies and procedure
Clean work area, tool and equipment’s at end of shift.
performs other duties as assigned.
Maintain 5S & shop floor discipline
Implementation of kaizens and improvement projects
controlling of daily consumable items
Other requirements:
Knowledge of Kaizen, Continuous improvement, and 5S
Flexibility to work in shifts
Teamwork
Good communication abilities.
