Job Description

• 10 - 12 years of experience in the IT Industry of which at least 4 – 5 years should be in Project Management. 

• Strong people management skills. 

• Coordinating various Projects, timelines, and cutover activities. 

• Experience in testing Web applications and Oracle ERP, HCM applications. 

• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery. 

• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team. 

• Accountable for all the Offshore deliverables. 

• Lead a high performing team to support day to day activities and support enhancement projects. 

• Lead productive meetings at individual team, cross-functional team, Sr. management and executive levels when needed. 

• Work with cross functional teams like Enterprise Architecture / Infrastructure/ Business Analytics teams on technology decisions and execution. 

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 10+yrs Experience in testing Web applications and Oracle ERP, HCM applications. 

• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
