WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Review requirements from various product lines to help product owner define and prioritize new features.
• Help define acceptance criteria with the product owner and identify key test scenarios.
• Identify and develop automated tests cases for new features.
• Actively maintain regression test suites by pruning obsolete tests, adding extra tests and ensuring up to date platform dependencies.
• Triage and recreate bugs reported by users and testers.
• Accurately estimate testing effort on new stories and tasks.
• Participate in reviews of everything from test case reliability to sprint performance or definition of new features.
• Monitor devops metrics using code-quality tools and highlight areas of concern to the scrum team.
• Document test cases according to the agreed standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues in your scrum team and with other teams on companywide initiatives and innovation.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Tested software with the following features:
  • Micro-services
  • Messaging
  • Restful services
  • High Availability
• Familiarity with testing the following:
  • UI
  • security
  • performance
  • end-end
  • integration.
• Worked in an agile or devops environment, preferably with scrum.
• Used BDD style acceptance criteria and tests

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Familiarity with MongoDB and Elasticsearch for effective data management.
• Understanding of security concepts and OAuth.
• Awareness of containerization and Kubernetes for advanced platform orchestration.
• Any experience testing Angular is an advantage.
• ISTQB certification.
