Relationship Manager
About Us :
Bookcargo is a mobile app which facilitates the booking of commercial goods vehicles through mobile phones.
Job Profile :
Your duty as a Relationship Manager would be to contact existing and prospective clients in order to explain them about our products, mobile app, its features and resolve their queries.
Key Roles :
1. Call potential or existing customers to inform them about product/service.
2. Answer questions about products or the Company.
3. Followup tasks pertaining to client conversion.
4. Keep records and reports of calls and sales and note useful information.
Eligibility : Candidates with good communication skills. (Only female candidates required for this post)
Education: Graduates (Preferred)
Working Hours : 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
Ability to commute: Office location is at Shyam Plaza, Pandri, Raipur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
