Location:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create Rosters, Login Adherence, CC dashboards.
  • Monitor Agent Performance Reports and Lead Performance Reports.
  • Create Weekly Revenue MIS and Quality MIS and Create reports.
  • Experienced in call calibration of Agents and Team Leaders.
  • Overseeing scheduling adherence and communicating necessary Changes to the agents, operations and vendor.

Required Skills:
  • Experienced in Contact Center and familiar with concepts like inflow forecasting, handle time and queue management.
  • Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English
  • Good in excel and Google sheets.
  • Quick learning skills to easily pick up new tasks and software.
  • Ability to self manage and prioritize workload to maintain and improve processes.
  • Good Attention to detail, ability to implement effective solutions quickly and find mistakes in complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to analyze trends and make continuous improvements.
  • Flexibility, ability to respond well to fast decision changes.
