Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule, filling important documents & communicating relevant information

Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material 

Responding to complaints from customer & give after sales support when requested 

Calling customers & asking for orders 

Calling new leads to explore possibilities of work

Payment followup various Statutory forms follow up etc 

Skills and Experience
Proven Experience in sales Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
Good computer skill (MS office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organised & responsible with an aptitude in problem solving 
Excellent verbal & written communication skill 
A team player with high level of dedication
BSC/BA in business administration or relevant field, certification in sales or marketing will be asset 
Experience in CRM added advantage
 
Salary: 8-15K
working Days: 6 days, 9-30 am to 6.30 pm
