- Tele Marketing Executive is one who is responsible for setting up meetings with corporate Facility Managers, Purchase Managers and Marketing Managers for the management and sales team to build relationships, gather requirements and convert into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and effectively communicating key features and benefits. - 2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning, actively listening to customer needs, and gauging interest in the offered products or services.
- 3. Appointment Setting: Collaborate with sales teams to schedule appointments or demonstrations, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to further engagement.
- 4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, updating databases with relevant information and ensuring follow-up procedures are executed.
- 5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed set targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting, contributing to the overall success of the Tele Marketing campaign.
