KM Foundation is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Relationship Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students who are interested in enrolling in our various courses after completing their high school education. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with students, provide them with accurate information about our courses, and assist them through the enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective students who have expressed interest in our courses through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct informative and engaging conversations with students to understand their educational goals and interests.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, including curriculum, admission requirements, fees, and available scholarships.
- Address any questions or concerns that students may have and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with students regularly to keep them updated on important deadlines, events, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students and ensure that their information is kept confidential.
- Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to coordinate efforts and achieve enrolment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
