Job description

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage outbound calls to students and parents to discuss UpEdge Online Company's courses, programs, and career offerings.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various courses, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details to potential students and their parents.
  • Answer Queries: Address inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring that all questions related to the courses and career guidance are answered satisfactorily.
  • Build Rapport: Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective students, creating a comfortable environment for them to seek guidance and make informed decisions.
  • Admission Assistance: Guide interested individuals through the admission process, assisting with form submissions, document collection, and any other requirements necessary for enrollment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes, using the company's CRM system.
  • Meet Targets: Achieve set targets for the number of calls made, inquiries handled, and successful admissions secured.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to help improve the overall experience and identify areas for enhancement.

Salary: ₹2,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
