Business Overview
- Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development and operation of DB's Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in over 50 countries.
- Under the direction of the Manager of the Network Operation’s Contract and Maintenance, the role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and generating reports for network inventory, maintenance and contracts. Coordination with our various vendor partners, work with the regional representatives to ensure inventory and contracts are in place for all services consumed in Network Operations and the network estate globally has appropriate maintenance coverage. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, agile, collaborative, and has a passion for maintenance and contracts.

Your key responsibilities
- Collect data for network inventory, contracts and vendor partners
- Analyze data and prepare various reports to ensure appropriate governance for our carrier, maintenance and support providers.
- Coordination during RFP processes for maintenance and network management tool providers.
- Work with regional partners to ensure appropriate maintenance coverage for global Network estate.
- Prepare orders for all Network Operations purchase orders. Work with regional representatives to validate requirements and centrally process purchase requisitions.
Your skills and experience
- The ideal candidate has around 3 years’ experience in a similar or analyst role.
- Data Analysis and creation of relevant reports.
- Understanding of managing contracts, maintenance and licensing.
- Good communication skills -both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure especially networking gear.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
- A highly proactive self-starter, with strong customer focus and disciplined in the approach to work.
