Job description

JOB PURPOSE
Conceptualize, formulate, review and benchmark HR processes & policies in areas of HR Policies & Processes, Performance Management and C&B at Enterprise level, that focuses on uniform deployment and effective utilization enabling execution excellence, improved employee experience and attainment of stakeholder expectations.
Ensure technology components/software is implemented and interfaced as per the contract on time and meet subsequent SLAs during the term of the contract

Technology
Software Integration with identified partners/vendors
Liasion with OEM/SI and Infrastructure teams for freezing the most optimal solution architecture and ensure the implementation of these architecture to meet business expectations.
Liasion with OEMs to ensure all security vulnerabilities on various platforms are closed and timely patched and upgraded to keep the asset updated.
Prepare management reviews, brochure, summary reports, presentations, and regular updates on strategic initiatives

Productivity Mapping of field activities
Analytics:
Creation of framework for data analytics to Ensure real time error identification at field Use of data for use in congruent areas of interest.
Develop KPI to proactively monitor the events and exceptions which may be directly or indirectly related to SLAs.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Tech, MCA (preferable)
Relevant Experience
20+ Years of experience with at least 10 years in power distribution projects
