Roles & Responsibilities

Determining the most logical and precise way to present information
Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
Write easy-to-understand user interface texts
Create and maintain the information architecture
Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc
Managing LMS, used for instructor-led training, e-learning, quizzes, and assessments for 1000+ employees in India and USA
Working with the HR team to organize and conduct induction and orientation of new employees

Requirements

Strong written / verbal communication and experience of working with content in multiple mediums.
Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents.
Ability to spot basic formatting errors with respect to alignment, font, content, spacing etc.
A flair for content planning & creation
Experience in community content planning, discussion forums management would be a plus
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams & stakeholders
Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Basic designing & editing skills on software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Scribus, Google slides etc
