- You will report to a training manager to contribute to the goals of the Customer Education Services team.
- You will deliver engaging technical training to classroom-based, virtual classroom-based, or blended-learning groups or individuals using Teams or other applicable software.
- You will work as part of a global team to ensure global consistency in best practices and training delivery methodologies are used.
- You will set up and configure new and existing training environments.
- You will arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- You will build an understanding of the customer's business and demonstrate an understanding of the business in training presentations.
- You will gather and document internal and/or external customer requirements.
- You will actively contribute to course development, updates, and general improvements to learning content.
- You will help the instructional design team translate learning outcomes into appropriate learning activities and assessments.
- You will network with key contacts across the organization and across other company functions to gather feedback on training content enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical background in a technical training role required C++ or Java.
- 3 or more years of experience in computer science, testing, or developing software required.
- Ability to apply adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience in delivering technical or application training to software testing or developer audiences.
- Experience developing technical training materials for a variety of audiences .
- Experience in developing technical or application training .
- CSG solution and product experience, including Singleview, Intermediate, Interactivate, Digital Wholesale Portfolio, and Route .
- Strong command of the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical skills with the ability to work and communicate with engineers to take complex technical concepts and translate them to layman's terms for a non-expert to understand.
