Technical Support Engineer
Job Description:
Candidate Eligibility:
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Candidates must have their Laptop and Vehicle
- The Candidate should know the local language.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Customer-service focus.
- Prior experience working on a Help desk, in IT, or similar technical function
- Ready for fieldwork.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and
- network configuration. (Basic)
- To efficiently identify the cause of an issue, inquire specific questions from customers.
- Communicate with clients over the phone and guide them through a set of actions until their technical and product-related issues are resolved.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support
- Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. (Freshers can also apply)
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. (Windows Must)
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. (Basic)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical & product help, (verbal).
- Understand and speak at least basic English Language.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, WO's, and ready to work on Indian National
- holidays and adapt to changing work schedules.
