Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management:
Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Technical Leadership:
Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce projects, providing expertise in Salesforce architecture and design.
Ensure the technical feasibility of Salesforce implementations and integrations with other systems.
Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and updates, and advise on their implementation. Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Establish and maintain relationships with third. parties/vendors. Quality and Risk Management:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Training and Support:
Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with various departments to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business goals.
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience as a Technical lead or Project manager in the information technology sector, specifically with Salesforce implementations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and its ecosystem.
Certifications in Salesforce (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Soft Skills:
