The Role:
As a 'Technical Project Manager', you will lead collaborative efforts to strategize, coordinate, and oversee the complete life cycle of various development projects within defined timelines, enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
Location: Kolkata, WFO
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the entire life cycle of diverse development projects, from initial proposal stages through technical task management to the final product delivery.
Engage with stakeholders during conception to align with organizational objectives, effectively conveying expectations to internal and external teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and procedures.
Monitor and oversee all project aspects, strictly adhering to deadlines, monitoring turnaround time & ensuring quality standards.
Conduct regular quality assessments and address vulnerabilities.
Prepare consolidated reports for management, providing updates on project status.
Stay abreast of market trends, contributing valuable insights to enhance technical operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the software development environment with proven experience in managing complex projects in hybrid delivery model.
Experience in project planning methodologies, tools and leading change with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jira, GitHub, etc.
QA/Testing experience would be an added advantage.
Exhibit strong time management skills and adherence to SLAs.
Proven interpersonal skills, contributing effectively to team efforts and achieving desired results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
