We are looking for an (ICT) Technical Product Manager in Self-Service BI & Analytics tools & technologies. You will lead analytics platform product Lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan. Other parts of your role will be collecting & maintain requirements, safeguarding and governing the products’ Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), solution design, performance & security standard methodologies guidelines, integrations, and architecture in alignment to overarching principles and frameworks!
What you will do
Responsibilities:
Define and implement product/platform roadmap. Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
Support and drive new product POCs, major technical releases and design changes. Coordinate functional and non-functional requirements. Safeguard the product design.
Document and maintain product information. Support and influence platform roadmap execution. Ensure performance, security & other standard processes.
Steer projects to align to guidelines and directives. Safeguard that there will be stability in operation (operational stability). Optimize TCO for solutions and platform. Establish/facilitate a collective working environment with Business, Solution architecture group, IT, and supplier colleagues.
Key Skills
Expertise in administration of at least one of the top tier BI tools like Tableau, MS Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud etc. as well as good understanding of the any of these products’s architecture. Windows/Linux Administration experience. Basic understanding of computer networks.
Good experience in platforms setup, access management and its governance, Source Systems integrations and different authentication methods, in implementing IT Security compliance & attending security audits .Experience in using Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP etc. Good knowledge of all the analytical tools and their purposes.
Solid grasp of SSO implementations, encryption, HA/DR setup. Hands on experience in understanding SAP ERP and overall process. Knowledge on SAP landscape like SAP BW, BASIS etc. is a plus. Excellent fix skills (Platform and Solution performance).
You will bring
Education: BE or B. Tech, Computer graduate. Minimum 10 years consistent work record
Demonstrated ability: Telecom, IT. Experience in IT design, development, and architecture as well as in Product Management
