Key Responsibilities:
- Take the complete ownership of content strategy, development, publishing, and feedback collection.
- Write high-quality content about the company's software products and services, industry topics; making sure the produced content is well-researched and stands out.
- Paraphrase Technical Content into a balanced blend of marketing and salesy tones. Take the input of dry, statistical, and factual based information and craft them into highly engaging user stories that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and without mistakes.
- Use problem-solving skills and your writing talent to find solutions.
- Work closely with other departments and design teams to plan and create content.
- Develop diverse types of content like articles, blog posts, tutorials, eBooks, case studies, white papers, marketing & sales materials, and more.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical writing, or a related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of content writing experience in the IT/Software industry.
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer shows you can create top-notch content.
- Good technical knowledge and the ability to understand technical terms.
- A solid grasp of SEO best practices.
- Exceptional English writing skills, allowing you to make technical stuff sound clear and interesting.
- Ability to write in multiple locales for target audiences from different geographies.
