An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
8-14 years of experience relevant to this position including 5+ years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish trust with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
8 to 14 years of relevant IT experience with 6+ years experience as developer in ICS/OIC, Oracle SOA , VBCS/JET, Data Migration, BI/OTBI Reports.
4+ years of experience as working as Fusion cloud implementation Tech lead.
Should be able to lead a team of consultants having skills in ICS/OIC, SOA/SOACS, Fusion ERP cloud/eBS based implementations.
Role is an Individual Contributor role. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.
Must Have:
Experience in designing, developing, documenting and testing of SOA/SOACS/ICS/ODI components, fusion extensions and BI/OTBI Reports.
SQL, PL/SQL and Java skills are required.
Product expertise in at least 3 of Oracle SOA/SOACS/OIC/ODI product family with in depth technical development skills on BI reports, Data Migration and extensions using VBCS/JET.
The candidate Must have exposure to any 3 of oracle ERP/SCM Cloud modules.
Must have worked as a lead in more than 3 projects.
Superb communication and presentation skills.
Played customer facing role (onsite lead). Worked on automation or solutions and handle presales.
Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and PaaS) and web services
Should Have:
The candidate should have led fusion Implementation project involving OIC, VBCS/JET Extension, Data Migration and BI reports.
Experience in BPM/PCS, IOT, Python will be added advantages
