Job Description:Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze and document data and system flows, processes, and interfaces.
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Provide support during the development and testing phases of projects.
• Define and implement data validation and testing strategies.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and requirement management tools.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical documentation.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in business analysis or data analysis are a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
