Hireflex247 India Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Tech Recruiter for a 6-month contract initially with the possibility of extension. This Fully Remote role involves reaching out to candidates who have applied through our website, conducting initial HR screenings, scheduling interviews with clients, and providing timely feedback. The ideal candidate will be adept at organizing and conducting video interviews, communicating effectively, and evaluating candidates. This role requires a commitment to cold calling from 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling applicants to gather initial details and assess their interest and suitability.
- Arranging HR rounds and initial interviews with clients.
- Providing constructive feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Coordinating video interviews and effectively rating candidates.
Requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
