Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:

Customer Support:

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and Customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions.
Problem Solving:
- Tackle challenges head-on, utilizing your problem-solving skills to address issues promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical data to identify patterns and implement preventative measures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a technical role, preferably with a focus on Customer Support.
- Proven track record of successful problem resolution and Customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for technology and a customer-first mindset.
- Advanced level/ Expert in Node JS, API Development, O-Auth, Angular, React, Database, and building API using express
