1. Strategic Responsibilities:
- Formulating and implementing policies and process for Operational Risk , product & process approval, records management and user defined applications.
- Monitoring the Operational Risk profile for the Bank and unit through scorecards.
2. Core Responsibilities:
- Be the SPOC for policies & processes for Operational Risk, product and process approval framework, records management and user defined applications.
- Managing the Operational Risk Management committee, the product and process approval committee and related activities.
- Managing the reporting of Operational Risk related aspects to senior management, various committees and the regulators from time to time.
- Design and implementation of automation projects for Operational Risk and product and process approval.
- Operational risk loss data management, stress testing and capital computation.
- Managing the Operational Risk related activities i.e. RCSA/ thematic reviews, KRI, events, VRR for units forming part of the liabilities portfolio, service excellence, and the support functions of the Bank.
