As a Team Leader in our Medical Scribe Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional medical scribing services. You will lead a team of Medical Scribes, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This is an office-based position with regular night shifts.
Key Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field of Medical Scribing.
• Proficiency in scribing for a wide range of medical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Medical Scribes, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and review the documentation produced by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Management: Develop, track, and manage performance goals for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with the management team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients and healthcare specialists to address queries, provide assistance, and resolve issues when necessary.Key Performance Indicators:
