Job Responsibilities
- ADMISSION TARGETS TO BE ENSURED ALONGWITH POST SALES SERVICE.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION INCLUDING ASSET MANAGEMENT
- RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING TO GENERATE LEADS & ADMISSION CONVERSION.
- UNITS ALLOCATION WITH CONVERSION RATIO ANALYSIS WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL.
- TLs SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN DEFINED TERRITORY AND RESPECTIVE TARGET ALONGWITH
- TLs TO CREATE TIME TABLE FOR SUPPORTING HIS TEAM MEMBERS ON FIELD AT LEAST 3
- TO ENSURE ALL POLICIES REGARDING PROCESS, DISCIPLINE, PLANNING ARE ADHERED TO.
- TLs TO ENSURE SELF AND TEAM CUIMS ENTRIES.
- TO ENSURE THAT TL DEVELOPS ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH REGARD TO COMPETITION AND
- TO KEEP REGULAR CHECK ON MARKETING COLLATERALS WITH TEAM. HE HAS TO KEEP
ADVANCE.
- TL TO RECOMMEND/DISRECOMMEND ANY TEAM MEMBER BASED ON MONTHLY INDIVIDUAL
- TL RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD TRAINING OF NEW EMPLOYEES.
- TLs TO PROVIDE SCHOOL LIST MONTH WISE FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER.
- TL TO FAST TRACK HIS TEAM TWICE A DAY.
- TWICE IN A WEEK SKYPE REVIEW OF TEAM MEMBERS TO BE IMPLEMENTED.
- WEEKLY REVIEW WITH ZM.
- TLs TO BE PROACTIVE IN PLANNING AND SUPERVISION.
- COMPETITOR ANALYSIS ON EVERY PARAMETER OF BUSINESS STRATEGY AND MARKET
- RANDOM CALLS TO BE DONE TO CHECK AUTHENTICITY OF VISITS BY THANK YOU CALLS AND
- TO ENSURE ABOUT THE ROLE OF ADMISSION COUNSELOR & TO CHECK ALL THE TASK
- TO ENSURE DAILY UIMS ENTRIES ARE DONE.
- TO ENSURE DATA IS SENT TWICE A WEEK AND NO BACKLOG IS LEFT BEHIND.
