Talent Analytics (5-7years)

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Technology Integration: Harness the power of technology, data, and analytics to optimize talent acquisition processes, fostering organizational success.
2. Automation Prowess: Spearhead automation efforts, consistently evaluating, recommending, and implementing technological advancements to refine and elevate recruitment processes.
3. Collaborative Technology Integration: Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
4. Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment technology solutions.
5. Insightful Data Management and Compliance: Develop impactful data-driven insights for leadership evaluation, while overseeing the creation of accurate MIS Reports & dashboards. Ensure data security and compliance with regulations, managing audits and collaborating to address any findings.
Requirements:
1. Qualification Preference: Hold a relevant professional qualification, with an MBA in HR preferred.
2. ATS Implementation Expertise: Demonstrate experience in efficiently managing end-to-end ATS implementations, utilizing BOTs, system integration, and automation techniques.
3. Versatile Talent Acquisition Background: Showcase proven expertise in Talent Acquisition technology, process optimization, MIS, data analytics, and employer branding.
4. Data Analysis Proficiency: Exhibit strong proficiency in utilizing data analysis and reporting tools.
5. Tech-Savvy Awareness: Possess knowledge of talent acquisition systems and stay updated on current technology trends in the field.
