UpScalio is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can support the Talent Acquisition space of the organisation.

UpScalio is India's next-generation, digitally-led consumer goods company. We invest-in, grow and buy e-commerce businesses. We acquire e-commerce businesses that sell on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces, and their own websites. We infuse capital, and our A-team of experts takes full responsibility to grow the business 5-10X, maximizing wealth creation for the founders.
UpScalio is led by e-commerce, strategy and M&A experts from McKinsey, Bain, Purplle, Hotstar, Amazon, P&G, Axis Capital, Paytm, and others.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Be a brand ambassador for UpScalio, hire the best people from industry and and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment
  • Partner with UpScalio's hiring managers on all aspects of hiring process for positions in Functions, including but not limited to - Category/Brand management, M&A, Marketing, Analytics, Tech, Supply chain and other support functions
  • Design and execute the talent sourcing strategy for roles: This includes developing and planning recruiting strategies around sourcing (through referrals, external recruiting firms, proactive reach out), employer branding, and candidate experience
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ social media sites/ academia
  • Execute initial screening and assessing of candidates: Identify and gather information (e.g., ability to hire, relocation, immigration, compensation) to qualify talent pool
  • Leverage ATS/recruiting tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates
  • Extend offers to the selected candidate based on UpScalio's internal compensation guidance

You should apply if you:
  • Have minimum 2 year to 4 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Have relevant recruiting experience in Ecommerce, D2C/Consumer Goods, or Tech startups or Recruitment Consultancy
  • Are a passionate storyteller who can represent UpScalio's business vision and people-first culture
  • Have experience with multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instahyre, AngelList, Naukri, IIMjobs, Hackerearth, Github, etc.
  • Have experience in hiring for roles like Category/Brand managers, Marketing experts, Investment analysts, Product & Analytics with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards
  • Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
  • Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
