Job Description
Maintain planning RFQ Support Function or Automation- Create ad-hoc supplier if needed Support Function Data Management Team- Create project in iSource Support Function Template as input document- Setup RFQ1 Support Function Combine with project setup in iSource- Create contract draft in iSource and attach contract draft to RFQ Support Function- Prepare and collect NDAs, financial rating, risk class, QAAs, Certificates, CO2 Agreements etc. Support Function-yearly update supplier profile (turnover, financial situation, Kreditreform+input new informations's in it-systems (SRM etc.); maintaining certificates etc. Support Function- Frame Orders, etc. Support Function- Cross check if all relevant documents and decisions have been documented- Archiving of relevant document
Qualifications
University degree, preferably in business or economics
