- Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly business review meetings.
- Monthly review and revise Warehouse productivity Bench-mark for each operational activity.
- Day-to-Day Operations, Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, First Mile Logistics & Returns
- Inventory Management Slotting, accuracy, damage, and shrinkage control.
- Planning, Strategy deployment, and day-to-day Operations in Order management/fulfillment.
- Develops a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Manage the full spectrum of logistics activities and supervise the logistics team to ensure the smooth running of operations, including inbound shipments, inventory management, and local distribution arrangement.
- Good knowledge of suppliers and vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating prospective suppliers, and liaising with vendors)
- Search potential vendors, Identify and select primary and secondary suppliers
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
