The Transporter Relationship Supervisor is pivotal in our Transport and Logistics
division. Their primary responsibility is establishing and nurturing relationships
with transporters, expanding our network, and ensuring they integrate seamlessly
into our system. A daytime job with occasional travel.
Job Duties:
Connect with Transporters: Identify and connect with transporters,
understanding their routes and operations.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with
transporters, showcasing our company's strengths, payment processes,
and long-term growth potential.
System Integration: Ensure transporters are well-versed in our systems
and processes, offering guidance and support as needed.
New Transporter Acquisition: Continuously seek new transporters and
bring them into our network.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of assigned
transporters, encouraging regular quoting and cooperation.
Communication: Effectively communicate our unique value proposition and
vision to transporters.
Frequent traveling is required.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication.
Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Marathi for Maharashtra), Hindi,
and English.
Relationship building skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned state.

Education: Minimum graduation required.
Experience: Preferred experience in B2B sales or logistics, particularly in
sourcing.
