Minimum Qualification
DIPLOMA
1. As a Supervisor (IR & ADMIN), Candidate should look after and manage the day-to-day activities involving administrative services at site.
2. Candidate should manage the available resources (Labour and Vehicles) effectively and should estimate the requirements beforehand and then plan as per the schedule provided to him from the Site.
3. Candidate should Coordinate with the Site team on regular basis and arrange the required vehicles as and when required.
4. Candidate should have the basic knowledge of MS Office package (MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS POWERPLANT) for standardizing the quality of document management.
5. Candidate should manage gatepass and other permits required for all the staff and labours working on the site.
6. Candidate should possess Inter-Personal skills, sound knowledge on the subject matter, Leadership qualities for managing the team.
