Project Management and Client Relation:
— Spearhead client meetings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:
— Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables.
— Cultivate deep client relationships, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
— Uphold high standards of service delivery, managing client expectations and project timelines effectively.
— Oversee contractual agreements, invoicing, and other commercial aspects of client engagements.
Business Development:
— Client Outreach: Actively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients who align with our services and values.
— Proposal Creation: Develop persuasive proposals that highlight AICL's strengths, unique offerings, and how we can add value to prospective clients' projects.
— Continuous Improvement: Regularly brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition and strengthen AICL's position in the market.
Requirements
Qualifications:
— Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
— 4-8 years of progressive experience in consultancy, design agency, or corporate communications firm, with a focus on client management.
Skill:
— Proven expertise in client relations and project management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex initiatives and deliverables.
— Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
— Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
— Track record of building and nurturing enduring client relationships, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.

— Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and represent the company.
