Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain a record of sales and replenish store inventory as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties
- Accurately manage both manual and computerized records
- Carry out physical labor and follow oral and written instructions
- Foster cooperative working relationships and show respect for a diverse population
- Check daily opening stocks, especially for high-demand items, based on reports
- Verify incoming materials in accordance with SOP/ISO standards
- Prepare bills and Good Receipt PO for incoming materials, submitting them to accounts
- Review the previous day’s activities (In/Out) and rectify any errors
- Implement an effective Inventory Management System
- Provide training to the team on ISO/company SOPs
- Maintain strong coordination with team members and user departments
- Analyze the aging of stocks and communicate findings to management and seniors, especially regarding obsolete stock
- Provide daily reports and updates to top management or the respective Head of Department
