● Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
● Receive, inspect, and store materials in an organized manner.
● Keep accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
● Issue materials and supplies as needed to the team.
● Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
● Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the storeroom/godown.
● Prepare stock statements in the store on a monthly basis and submit it to the relevant stakeholders.
