4. Boiler pressure parts and drives like, coal feeders fans and other rotating equipment
5. Alignment skill in rotating equipment.
6. Safety in work environment and knowledge in standards.
JOB PROFILE :
1. Maintenance of boiler pressure parts and turbine & its auxiliary drives. reliability improvement and power savings skill in power plant.
2. Execute the recruitment strategies to ensure ABG has a talent network made up of best in class industry resources
3. People management skill for maintenance work
4. Inventory management and material management skill
5. Work closely with various businesses within ABG to adequately understand the needs of the hiring manager, the requirements and expectation of the job and assess candidates accordingly
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the business requirements of various businesses in ABG
7. Service-orientation along with a sense of urgency – managing internal as well as external stakeholders while providing a rich experience
8. Ability to define creative ways to source the right talent
9. Ability to work with diverse groups of people and managing multiple stakeholders and teams
10. Experience in a generalist role or at least an experience of at any HR functions
11. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
12. Familiarity with social media to build professional networks
