*Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to
identify their issues and needs.
*Nursing Administration
*Coordination for any hospitalization
*Coordination with Doctors, Physiotherapist, family, and Sr. Management.
*Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.
*Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients promptly.
*Handle scheduling of duty & work of the team.
*Keep detailed records of medical and office supplies stock.
*Develop work schedules for all employees.
*Keep records of all expenses
*Team management
BHMS / BAMS is a must
